Muzaffarabad, January 18: The earthquake victims of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir or PoK are an angry lot. Five years after the devastating quake shattered their lives, the affected people are running from pillar to post to get governmental help to rebuild their lives. Local leaders allege the rampant corruption is hampering the reconstruction work in Pok.
