Ex President (6 years ) J&K Samaj Kalyan Kendra ( 1981),Advisor to President J&K SKK #Edited Ashaya Samaj Varg a magazine ,for 3 years. Ex Principal Investigator of a Project financed by CART ( 1986-89)Worked with project Shramik Vidaya Peeth for 3 years .Remained associated with a Unicef Project on disabilities for 5yrsAdvisor International Human Rights Protection Council, Jammu & Jammu Gamin Vikas Sanstha .Promoted concept of Social Audit (GRASP INDIA).
